If you book two nights then you will incur a £60 cleaning fee which is not added for bookings of three nights or more.

Please can you check out by 10am and replace the key back in the safe.

The property is not suitable for children although a babe in arms would be possible. However, it is not possible to accommodate pets.

In the event of a cancellation up to eight weeks before the booking 50% of the fee will be reimbursed; in the event of a later cancellation I will try to fill your dates otherwise no monies will be reimbursed unless it is at my discretion. I do strongly recommend you take out travel insurance.
