I first came to Hay in the late 70’s and it has felt like home ever since despite not returning to live here permanently until 2008. My early career was spent in television and films in London and then in the early noughties I opened my first art gallery in Ripley, Surrey alongside my very popular NEAC art workshops. Moving to a smallholding, just outside Hay, meant leaving my gallery days behind me but in 2014, whilst walking for six weeks on the Camino to Santiago in Northern Spain, I resolved that I would open my doors once again to the art world and to my own creativity.
I hold exhibitions throughout the year showing local artists from in and around The Marches and other artists who will work with my curated house style. Often the paintings from these exhibitions will remain with me and I hang them upstairs in the Atelier for my guests to enjoy.
